  • 9 stainless steel nozzles with 15mm diameter
  • Water jet angle mechanically adjustable
  • Fast switching times of less than 0.3s
  • All parts made of stainless steel 1.4571
  • Water jet height up to 20m in connection with a VarioStream 900 pump system
  • DMX control with parameter adjustment

This water effect consists of nine fan-shaped shutter heads, each of which can be controlled individually. With the AquaShutter, water jet height up to 20 meters can be switched on and off in a fraction of a second. This is achieved through the use of electromagnetic rotary drives. These enable switching times of less than 0.3 seconds. Thanks to its sophisticated construction, a very high level of precession is achieved and water hammer is prevented. With the AquaShutter you can create impressive effects with incredible dynamics.

features

Electromagnetic rotary drive

The powerful magnetic drives can be parameterized in the control unit and thus optimized for every pump strength. This guarantees maximum precession and speed. The solid stainless steel construction withstands even the toughest conditions.

DMX Motion Interface

The Motion Interface forms the perfect interface between a DMX console and all Consortium water show products. With this development, from our house, it is possible that the entire system is centrally controlled, monitored and parameterized. All system-relevant values are displayed in real time.

The highest product quality

Modern engineering software helps us implement our ideas. During manufacturing the AquaShutter, we put big importance to the precision and quality. To guarantee this, we trust in the latest CNC manufacturing. High-quality materials and optimal work processes ensure consistently high quality over many years.

Stainless steel nozzle systems

The manufacture of our nozzles from high-quality stainless steel (1.4571) makes them resistant to all types of corrosion, wear and damage. The use of jet calmers eliminates turbulence in the water and guarantees a clear and wind-stable jet.
